in and out breath moves

water flows
cascades
tears waves drops

fate found in a saunter
let go
listen to emptiness

sap runs up tree
leaf lets go of branch

earthworms chew
woodpeckers tap

hearts beat pushing blood
in tigers, dragons, rabbits
